Description: Bronze and silver metal repousse prayer wheel containing prayer on paper.
Comments: This wheel is mainly used in Tibet and contains a prayer or mantra 'Om Mani Padme Hum'. An approximate translation is 'jewel in the lotus' and is invoked for each revolution or the cylinder. This cylinder rotates with slight wrist rotation thanks to the small weighted chain.
